twitter相互フォローはスパム（迷惑行為）ですとの警告

ということで先日のrefollowを使った行動も自動で未フォローユーザーをフォローする行為にあたるため禁止行為にあたります。
※おそらく3000フォロー越えたあたりで危険な感じです。

ただしrefollowはフォロー返しには便利なツールなので許可されている

「フォローされてからフォローを返す」

という使い方では違反となりません。

正しい使い方をわからずに相互フォロー目的でやみくもにフォローすることは迷惑行為であるということでした。
